Wispr meeting sync
Google may show gws CLI on consent because this tool uses an existing Prospects Pulse OAuth project. This site describes the Wispr meeting sync.
What the meeting archive does
The archive copies the owner’s accessible Wispr Flow meeting history and future meetings into a designated Google Drive folder as native Google Docs. Each document includes the available transcript, summary, attendees and action items. It updates existing exports by meeting identity and retries unavailable transcripts.
Wispr is accessed through its read-only MCP connection. The sync preserves source wording and does not send meeting content to an AI model or generate replacement summaries.
Google access
The meeting archive requests the Google Drive permission to view and manage Drive files. Its implemented archive operations check the configured destination folder, find matching exported documents, and create, read and update those Google Docs. It reads Google account information to verify the authorized owner. The permission is broader than the folder, while archive operations are confined in application code to that destination and its managed documents.
Private operation
The archive is an internal Prospects Pulse tool. Operational access is restricted to its owner through Cloudflare Access. These public information pages do not provide access to meeting data or account connections.
