Privacy policy
This notice explains how Prospects Pulse’s owner-operated Wispr meeting archive uses connected account data under the Google application name gws CLI.
Data accessed and why
- Wispr account identity, meeting identifiers, folders, dates, attendees, summaries, action items and available transcripts are read to discover and export meetings, update changed notes and report coverage gaps.
- Google account information is read to verify the intended owner. Destination-folder metadata and managed Google Doc content and metadata are accessed to create exports, match existing files, verify writes and repair missing exports.
- OAuth credentials are stored so the owner’s requested sync can continue without repeated sign-in. Sync checkpoints, errors, document identifiers and run status support recovery and operation.
Storage and protection
The private sync runs on Cloudflare Workers. Meeting content and sync state are stored in its Cloudflare D1 database. OAuth tokens and PKCE secrets are additionally encrypted before storage with a key held as a Worker secret. This additional application encryption applies to credentials, not to all transcript or sync-state records.
Exported meeting content is stored in the owner’s Google Drive as Google Docs. Google and Cloudflare provide their own infrastructure protections. The operational portal verifies the owner through Cloudflare Access. Credentials and meeting data are not included on these public pages.
Use and sharing
Connected data is used to provide the owner’s requested archive and operational support. Google stores and serves exported documents, Wispr provides source meetings, and Cloudflare processes and stores the sync. If operational email alerts are configured, AgentMail receives the owner’s email address and a connection-status message or error code, without transcript content.
We do not sell connected account data, use it for advertising or data brokerage, or send meeting content to an AI model for rewriting or training. Human access is limited to the authorized owner and access the owner explicitly requests for support, or access required for security or law.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention, revocation and deletion
Meeting content, credentials and sync state are retained while the owner operates the archive, unless removed by the owner or on the owner’s request. To stop new access, pause the sync and revoke the relevant connection in Google or Wispr. Google access can be revoked from Google Account third-party connections.
Revoking a connection stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete stored D1 content or previously exported Google Docs. Contact the owner to request deletion of stored sync data and credentials. Exported documents are preserved until the owner deletes them from Google Drive. Deleting only an export while the sync remains active may cause it to be recreated during reconciliation.
