Application information
Usage terms
This is a usage notice for Prospects Pulse’s internal Wispr meeting archive, connected through the Google application named gws CLI. It is an owner-operated tool, not a public meeting-storage service.
Authorized use
The owner may connect accounts and export meeting content they are entitled to access and store. The owner is responsible for meeting participants’ applicable permissions, recording requirements and how exported documents are shared. Access to a shared Wispr meeting does not itself establish permission to redistribute it.
Operation and limits
The sync depends on Wispr, Google and Cloudflare availability and account authorization. Some meetings or transcripts may be unavailable, incomplete, restricted or still processing. Status reports distinguish successful exports, unavailable transcripts and known coverage gaps. Coverage depends on what the upstream services expose to the authorized account.
The archive preserves the content supplied by Wispr. It does not independently verify the accuracy of transcripts, speaker names, summaries or action items. The owner should review material before relying on or sharing it.
Stopping or removing data
The owner can pause operation and revoke connected account access. Existing Google Docs are preserved until deleted by the owner. Requests to remove stored sync data or credentials can be sent to nilesh@prospectspulse.com. See the privacy policy for storage and deletion details.
